Gold should be cleaned regularly in order to maintain its shine. A soft, lint free cloth or gold polishing cloth is an effective way to keep gold jewellery looking its best. If it needs a little more TLC, we recommend cleaning the piece with a soft bristle toothbrush and warm water with a few drops of washing up to dislodge any dirt and maintain the gold's original shine.

If this item isn’t quite right, not a problem! Please just send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt and providing it is in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you immediately. Just contact us at info@neossldn.co.uk with your reason for return and post the item recorded delivery.  As soon as we receive the item back we will process your refund. Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
