For items over £50 we suggest you select special delivery at the checkout to ensure the item is fully insured.
RETURNS:
If this item isn’t quite right, not a problem! Please just send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt and providing it is in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you immediately. Just contact us at info@neossldn.co.uk with your reason for return and post the item recorded delivery. As soon as we receive the item back we will process your refund. Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
